Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, with initial supplies provided but not refilled during the stay. No smoking or drugs are allowed on the property, and a maximum of eight guests is permitted. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and excessive noise should be minimized during this time.
