No smoking is allowed on the premises inside or outside, and pets are not allowed. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire reservation. No parties are allowed. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. This is a dark sky community, so please be sure to shut off any lights when they are not in use. For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, with a $500 fine for violations. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. Texas is known for its bug inhabitants, but proactive measures are taken to manage this. Keep all windows and doors closed to help keep these critters outside. Feel free to use the bug spray underneath the sink.
