Perfect for quiet business travelers, snow birds and those who are looking for a couple of months of peace at the beach. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age. A signed Rental Agreement is required. The primary suite has a Cal King bed and features a beautiful walk-in closet custom designed by California Closets as well as a spacious en-suite bathroom with a large shower. The second bedroom has great light from big windows, a Queen bed, a small writing desk that works great as a workspace for your laptop, and a custom-designed closet. A second full bathroom in the hallway is beautifully laid out and both bathrooms are fitted with hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and plenty of fluffy towels. The overall apartment is bright and airy with gorgeous luxury vinyl plank floors throughout. The living room is furnished with two comfy custom love seats, a cozy electric fireplace that throws nice heat or can be used without heat to create a lovely ambience year-round, a 65" Samsung Smart TV and a sweet bistro table with two chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. A 9' wide multi-panel sliding door off of the living room offers the best in indoor/outdoor living as a gateway to a large private patio. Dine al fresco at the patio dining table while grilling up something tasty on the Weber gas BBQ grill. Your kitchen is fully equipped with 4 comfortable counter stools around the peninsula countertop, gas range, fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer and cookware, dishes, glasses and the like. There are plenty of windows that provide great natural light and also wonderful cross breezes. But on those rare occasions we have a bad heat spell and you want A/C, it is there for you! Additional amenities offered include super high speed internet (300 Megabyte) as well as a washer/dryer in the garage. Free parking is provided for 1 regular sized vehicle in the shared garage. Pick-up trucks and large SUVs may not park in the garage. There is also free street parking. Bi-weekly housecleaning is included in the monthly rent. The cleaning fee covers deep cleaning at move-out. Maximum occupancy - 4 adults. Furnishings make this unsuitable for young children. To make the most of your beach-living experience, you will have use of two beach cruisers, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels and a beach wagon to tote your stuff to the sand. Newport Island is a very special, highly sought after community where a prime location blends convenience with the secluded charm of small-town living. Newport Island enjoys an exceptionally unique location in which residents can walk to the beach in less than 4 minutes for sun and surf. With its waterfront park, playground, bay beach, grill area, basketball court, and year-round neighborhood activities, it is truly a one-of-a-kind living experience. Newport Island also enjoys close proximity to some of the city's best shops & eateries. Stroll to Lido for a leisurely dinner. Walk or bike to nearby parks & attractions, including the Newport & Balboa Piers, Marina Park & the iconic Balboa Fun Zone. The location cannot be any more perfect. Light housekeeping service will be provided on a bi-weekly basis on a day agreed up by the tenant. Cleaning does not include laundry. Mid-stay housekeeping is included in the rent.
