Quiet basement apartment in a 140 year old house turned Triplex. Great quiet and respectful adult micro community here with a an outdoor pergola, has grill, hammock and fire pit. Mostly out of state workers here in contract we have day and night workers/sleepers. There is some work currently being done on another apartment and on the yard here as well. Please excuse our mess while we work on improvements.
I live on site and I take care of 2 developmentally disabled adults. I keep very busy but enjoy chatting when I have a few minutes and occasionally will have a BBQ for everyone living here. We have no residential next door neighbors but are next to the train tracks so it is a unique property that is mostly quiet and secluded. To be clear we all hear each other at times but are mostly quiet and respectful. Smoking is allowed outside at the pergola and in your car but you will be fined if leave your cigarette butts or trash lying around. Smoking near the building is not permitted nor is vaping.
There is 1 parking space in the back parking lot for you. Other than your 1 vehicle nothing of yours can stay outside. It needs to be in your car or in your apartment. If you have a visitor you are responsible for them so be sure to tell them what is welcome and what is not. There is parking on the street for visitors. Per Colorado state law you may not have a visitor for longer than 2 nights and not more that 13 nights in a 6 month period unless they are on the lease. A stable well cared for pet is welcome but your pet must be met first before a lease signing. There is an extra $250-$500 non refundable pet deposit and an extra $50/month pet rent. Pets must be on a leash when out of the apartment and you must immediately pick up after your pet.
Cabinets are new, stainless steel appliances and gold fixtures, detachable shower head with multiple settings, butcher block countertops, and very comfortable furniture. The ceilings are a little low at about 6'3". There are 3 windows and a mud room before your front door. Month to month, short term or long term lease available.
