For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, with violators charged a $500 fine.
