The building has a laundry room with coin operated laundry as well as a shared dumpster for the building. There is one off street parking spot in a private parking lot for the building only.
Pets are allowed, at a maximum of 2. All pets must be spayed/neutered, vaccinated and are subject to meeting the manager for approval. Extra rent and deposits apply.
