The fully stocked kitchen includes a regular coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine on the third floor, ensuring all your culinary needs are met. Located in a beachfront neighborhood with no through traffic, the beach is super private, accessible only to residents. Enjoy miles of walking or biking trails nearby, and while a car is recommended, Uber is available for easy transportation. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Please do not walk on the dune and use the crossover at the end of the street. Keep sand off the furniture and clean the grill after each use. Rinse all sand off before enjoying the Jacuzzi or pool. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Before departing, remove bedding and towels, load and start the dishwasher, take the trash out to the garage, check for leftover items, and leave the elevator downstairs. Turn all the lights on and close the door.
