Looking for someone (or two people) to sublease my 2 bed 1 bath upper apartment from late January/beginning of February - end of May. My boyfriend and I have lived here for two years and loved every minute of it but are ready to move on from student housing, and our new lease starts early 2026. The location of this apartment could not be better, as walking in one of three directions for ~10 minutes brings you to either Carson Park, Water Street, or downtown. The fourth direction goes towards Mayo. Rent is 1000 a month, or 500 per bedroom, and included utilities are water, heat, lawn care, and trash. You only pay electric. The rental agency is EDJ Rentals, and they have been amazing with maintenance, always showing up almost immediately when we need something fixed.
