     Management

    I asked the manger about times when I’d be available to view the property in person and what measures were in place to be able to tour with COVID-safe procedures. He responded by answering NONE of my questions. Instead he immediately asked for my W2, paystubs, employment status, and rental history. I hadn’t seen the property yet and definitely hadn’t asked to apply, so why would anyone send that kind of sensitive information to a complete stranger? It was extremely unprofessional and I wouldn’t move forward with renting through this realtor.
