Rental is for whole unit. The Fully Furnished apartment is 1199 square feet. It has 2 roomy bedrooms with dedicated bathrooms. Each bedroom has a desk for office or cosmetic use. Bedroom 2 has own entrance and deck. All utilities included, internet, water, gas and electricity*. Landlord will pay the first $250 of electricity (* a refundable utility deposit of $400 is required. Usage over the $250 monthly will be deducted from this fee, and replenishment of $300 is required when the deposit is down to $100) The Kitchen is fully stocked. All basics, including a coffeemaker (drip and K-cups,) combination air-fryer/toaster, 4-cup rice cooker, slow cooker, electric water kettle, and a hand mixer. A Combo washer/dryer is in the kitchen. Housebroken dogs 25 lbs or less (2 maximum) are allowed.. Ample street parking in front of the apartment. It is across the street from Wright Park, a 27 acre green space. The park has over 600 old growth trees, playgrounds, walking paths, and a botanical conservatory.
