NO showings will happen with less than 24-hour notice. 2) If someone does choose to buy the property during the term of your lease, Havens Homes will pay you $1,500 for the inconvenience of breaking the lease early. You will have no fewer than 45 days' notice in the event of a sale. 3) If you choose to buy the property, Havens Homes will credit you $150 for each month that you rented it. This is our way of helping people essentially "rent to own," if that is something they're interested in.
