Late Fee: 5% of monthly rent ($60) if rent is not received within 5 days of the due date. Utilities and Fees: Utilities: Water, internet, septic, and electric are included. Tenants are responsible for trash removal. Maintenance: Routine property maintenance and landscaping are tenant responsibility.
