AVAILABLE July 01, 2025 thru September, 30, 2025 on a monthly basis, is an all inclusive tastefully decorated home ready for your next retreat to the historic town of Pacific Grove. No pets are allowed. No smoking is allowed. The moment you approach the home, you'll wonder where you'll begin enjoying your retreat. Whether it be in the quiet stone patioed and grass garden with your morning coffee, the cozy dining/living space with a book next to the Victorian-designed fireplace insert, or maybe in the conversation-centric family room with a board game, you won't be short of tranquility during your stay - and we mean that. The home is divided into two portions, a downstairs and an upstairs suite, which can be rented separately, or together. The downstairs of the home encompasses 2 bedrooms, an office, full-kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. Upstairs is it's own abode, with its private entrance, kitchen, living and sleeping quarters, and even a peek of the Pacific Ocean!! This is the perfect place for the kids, the in-laws, a weekend guest, or maybe a quiet working environment for those who work remotely. There is a detached garage for one vehicle, and driveway space for one car. Street parking is also available. As you make your way through the home, you will gain a sense of the time during which the home was built, and also garner an appreciation for how well-kept it is. Built in 1903, this original site was a tent-site, utilized by early settlers of Pacific Grove. Located on a corner-lot, approaching the front door, you witness a very small entry mud-room for your shoes and coats. We hope you feel the warmth of the previously mentioned Victorian fireplace insert surrounded by two electric recliner/rockers and a well placed breakfast nook off of the kitchen. Off to the left of the entry and dining/living space are two wooden French Doors, which open up into the family room with ample seating for calm gatherings, and a SMART television. Off of this family space is one of the downstairs bedrooms, which connects to a shared bathroom with the second bedroom. As you leave the second bedroom, you'll find yourself back in the formal entry and dining/living space. You'll also witness the entry to the office space and second bathroom, as well as the full and modern kitchen - which also accesses the patioed back yard, entry to garage and driveway. If we walk outside to the patio, you will see a side-door entrance to the garage, which can house an average-sized vehicle, as well as a separate laundry space encompassing a washing machine and dryer, for your convenience. As we leave the garage and walk to the drive-way side of the home perpendicular to Junipero Avenue, we find the stairwell leading to the second floor living quarters, which is rented separately.
