Built in 2015, Pulaski Square features granite countertops, hardwood style floors and in-unit laundry. Our Resident Clubhouse offers direct access to the pool, study rooms, fitness center, and coffee bar 24/7. On-site property management company Walk2Campus handles landscaping, trash bins, routine maintenance and 24/7 emergency maintenance.
LISTED RENT RATES ARE PER PERSON PER MONTH. Lease runs from August 15, 2025-July 27, 2026. Rent is due monthly on the first. Leases are individual leases, which means each roommate is only liable for themselves. All applicants must have a cosigner unless they are applying as a self-guarantor. Only two pets per apartment are allowed. Pet rent starts at $30 per cat and $50 per dog; pet rent is determined after a third-party screening. Property management handles landscaping, trash bins, pest control and routine maintenance. Emergency maintenance and lock out service is available 24/7.
