    Apartment was in decent shape. Super close to the beach. I found it to be claustrophobic and poorly lit. No personal outdoor area or private patio. small kitchen

     Management

    Very pleasant. Wasn’t able to attend the showing, but allowed us to let ourselves in with a key in a lockbox

    The building looks old. Its maintained, and the inside is clean and spacious.

    She called me to let me in and let me view the apartment. She was quick efficient and responded quickly.
