We (my family and I) live nextdoor. We plan to complete a few more updates to the exterior so you can provide a preference on how we renovate, (ie. patio/fence/backyard area). So far it has been a great area for walks/jogs, family friendly. We are only a few mins from HEB/Target, downtown Georgetown, Lake Georgetown and about 35 mins (depending on traffic) from downtown Austin. Please contact us with any questions, or to come see it! No application fee, just a background check fee through zillow. Please fill out a zillow application and let me know if I can answer any specific questions. Tenant will cover all utilities through City of Georgetown utilities. Pets are negotiable. There will be a $250 pet deposit. No smoking of any kind; 2 parking spaces are available plus the garage, plus street parking. We don't have strict requirements but will need proof of income, a soft credit inquiry, and a background check. Must be prepared to sign a long term lease and submit a security deposit and first months rent before move-in.
