A 15 minute drive to major hospitals such as Vallejo Kaiser Permanente and North Bay. On your days off explore near hiking/mountain biking spots such as Rockville and Skyline Wildernes park, then hang out at some wonderful wineries in Napa, or shop at the Vacaville Premium Outlet. Gyms are 10-15 minute drive. The studio is equipped with Wifi, an AC and heater, firealarm, carbon monoxide detector, smart TV, a work desk, queen size bed, a walk-in closet, a Kitchenette with essential items such single induction cooktop, cooking utensils, pot/pan, a fridge and a microwave, and onsite washer/dryer. None-smoking property No pets allowed We do have two small dogs, a frenchie and a chihuahua mix, but we opt to NOT let our tenants have pets, you're always welcome to come say hi to our dogs though! A background check and credit report are required, and are refundable if you are accepted as a tenant. I will be providing an official Lease Agreement.
