Late fees are 50 dollars. Money orders will be accepted. No damage to the house will be permitted. The lease duration will be 2 years before renewal. Must keep apartment clean in order to prevent any insect or mice infestations. Must separate bottles and cans from the regular trash. Do Not dump any garbage by the side of the house.
