Your two cars in the garage, need to be one in front of the other. Although there is space at the front of the garage for two cars to be parked side-by-side, the other side is taken by the neighboring unit above yours. Thus the garage accommodates 3 cars in total (two for you, and one for your neighbor). Neighbor does not need to move their vehicle for you to access your two cars in the garage. Half bath, family/recreation room, back patio with fire pit, and two-car garage are all on the ground floor. Kitchen, living room, guest full-bathroom with tub, 2 bedroom, 1 master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower), are all on the 2nd floor. Please floor plan pictures for detailed layout.
