This one bedroom, one bath Greenhouse condo is located right next to All Veterans Park and Holmes Run Trails with luscious trees along a creek. There is a bus stop right in front of the condo that takes you to Pentagon in 15 minutes and 20 minutes to Van Dorn Metro. It is walking distance to Harris Teeter (0.7 miles), Port City Brewery (1.5 miles) and many other restaurants. It is also close to many other grocery stores like Aldi, LA Mart, and H-Mart. It is about 4 minutes to 395 and 6 minutes to 495 which is extremely convenient to get to anywhere like Annandale, Pentagon City, Old Town, Mosaic District, and Tyson's Corner.
The Condo itself is deep cleaned, freshly painted throughout with new countertop, new kitchen sink, and new toilet. The in-unit washer and dryer are only 1 year old. There is a spacious balcony with stunning views overlooking trees and sky. We especially enjoy having our morning coffee out there on a nice spring day. You can also grill at the balcony which is rare for condos! The Large balcony doors provide plenty of natural light. Ample storage space in the hallway closet and the coat closet in the foyer. The sizeable bedroom comes with two large closet. The gallery kitchen with updated appliances has a deep and roomy pantry for all your dry goods. There are also a lot of cabinets for pots and pans, and other kitchen tools.
The community has a full size pool and two gyms, one located next to the pool and the other small gym inside the building - super convenient for the rainy days. There is a nice court yard with a large gazebo and plots for rent if you are into growing your own food. We have front desk for extra security and you never have to worry about losing or missing your delivery.
This condo also comes with one garage parking space. If you have more than one car, you can register your car with the front desk and get a sticker so you can park on the surface parking spaces. This is an extremely friendly community with a lot of dogs. There is a little dog park right next to the building (not fenced).
Smoking is not allowed. Pets are allowed however we ask for a non-refundable pet deposit.
Lease duration is for a least a year. Utilities are all included other than the internet. Starry internet is available for the building and has very decent speed with good price.
