    Owners are working on other units in this building and using this one as temp storage. Nice owner, but apartment has only one small closet, original, uninsulated windows, not stove overhead exhaust, frig has rust on it and while, yes, it's an old building, they didn't sand the trim in the house prior to painting. The place was dirty, yard not picked up or mowed - just wasn't appealing.

     Management

    Very nice. Young couple getting into real estate.
