Apparently the cleaning people just got done with the place before we viewed it but yet we saw roaches running around in along the walls in the rooms and closets. Disgusting!! And the huge mirror in the dining room area total 70s look and the “condo” itself is all outdated. The complex itself was really shady. No up keep!!

The 1970s cabinets are sticky with cooking grease and residual shelf paper glue. There are two kitchens shown in the preview...it's the on with the black countertops and dark cabinets. There is water damage in both bathrooms (wall and floor). The carpet needs replacing in the living room as it is unraveling and really can no longer be vacuumed. The carpets have the faint odor of feet, so they at least need to be cleaned. The walls have not been painted for a while. One of the blinds in the bedroom is stuck in the 'up' position. The bathroom counters and mirrors are absurdly worn out, in thruth the cabinets through out should have been replaced a decade ago. There has been no real effort to make this apartment appealing. I could not see renting it.

The viewing was completely automated. The manager put as much effort into selling the place as they did in making it saleable.
