* Tenant is **liable for any damage** caused by pets to the property, flooring, doors, yard, or fencing.
* Pets must **not disturb neighbors** (excessive barking, aggression, etc.).
4. **Property Condition
Tenant agrees to maintain the interior and exterior of the property in **clean, sanitary, and good condition** at all times.
5. **Alterations
No painting, structural changes, or installation of fixtures (e.g., satellite dishes, security cameras) without **landlord's written consent**.
6. **Occupancy
The property shall be occupied **only by the individuals listed in the lease agreement**. Subletting or short-term rental (Airbnb, etc.) is **strictly prohibited** without written approval.
7. **Smoke-Free Property
Smoking or vaping is **not permitted inside the house or garage**.
