The townhome has 1,135 square feet of living space PLUS a 465 square foot, two-car garage with room for cars and your own storage-- for your bike or kayak. The main level provides a Master Bedroom suite, an open living room and kitchen to allow you to spatially define your home. The main level also provides a 1/2 bath for visitors. The lower level provides a second bedroom suite and washer/dryer room. Completed in 2023, Olive Grove is designed with the highest level of energy efficiency and Cal-Green features-- insulation, HVAC systems, water heater and drought resistant landscaping.
