A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. Bedroom 3 has two full-over-full bunk beds with twin trundles underneath. While the set-up includes two twin beds, both are trundles located under the bunks. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. The traveler must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
