This is a triplex house located at 539 Kling St Akron Oh. The $1000 rent is just for apartment #3 which is a three bedroom. All the utilities will be prorated at the end of the month then added to the next months rent. The apartment approximate 1000 sq/ft with three bedrooms, free washer/dryers, bathroom, kitchen (refrigerator, gas stove/oven), and parking lot. There will be a one time $1000 deposit that is reimbursed at the end of your lease term if no damages are done. The prorated utilities pays for water, gas, electric, and waist. All renters are required to have renters insurance that you could purchase from all the major insurance providers (GIEKO, Lemonade, State Farm, Etc.) that can cost you anywhere from $5-$15. If you do not purchase your own, we will automatically put you on ours and charge you a $13.50 insurance fee. The apartment is located just one block away from the Akron U campus as well as a few different local restaurants adjacent to a large park. If it is listed there are still availabilities. Please don't ask me if it is still available. Ask me if you qualify. Pets are accepted but there will be a pet rent of $25-$75. This is a 3 bedroom apartment located less than two blocks (15 minute walk to center of campus) from the University of Akron. For move in you will have to pay a security deposit of $1000 apong with first months rent of $1000 and first months prorated utilities. The prorated utilities include water, gas, and electric. The prorated utilities (depending on the time of year) will fluctuate in price. The lease terms will be a full year lease. We normally like to end our leases for the end of July every year. All my tenants will have to have renters insurance. If you don't purchase your own renters insurance you will be automatically enrolled in ours. It is suggested that you purchase your own. Pets are accepted but there will be a pet rent of $25-$75. If posted it is still available.
