This small cottage is an extension of a main house that has been split into more units. Surrounded by homeless encampments the only solace it provides is a torso level wall providing some separation. The homeless encampments are profound, filling up the majority of the library (across the streets) property. The unit itself was still populate with a tenant and appeared filthy inside and outside. A remnant of Venice in the 1930's, the bathroom is in the bedroom, fully with a sink alongside the previous tenants bed leading to closet where a very low toilet appeared to be. Like many other Venice properties, the owner would like to get away with calling this 'funky', or 'cute' however, upon any type of inspection I'm sure mold could be found in the recesses of it's cheap, thin, linen-walls.
