If you need to park a 3rd or 4th vehicle, please park in front of the house (2 cars fit there, one will block the house driveway). Located in an extremely friendly and peaceful neighborhood right on the Delaware River, this home is wonderful for sunset walks and just a short 10-minute drive, or reasonable bike ride, from Lambertville/New Hope. No loud gatherings or events are allowed at this location. Please do not park in front of 52 River Dr. No noise outside after 10 pm. No fireworks.
