This upgraded, fully furnished, second-floor unit receives plenty of natural light from its south- and west-facing windows, not to mention peek-a-boo mountain views. The green line (free shuttle) picks up and drops off just out front of the complex, driving the short one-mile to Eagle Lodge in about 3-5 minutes. The covered deck faces away from the complex and towards the golf course to help maintain privacy. Storage racks on the deck offer ample space for skis, snowboards and winter equipment. Brand-new windows were installed in June 2023, along with washer and dryer units. Entire complex was painted in Aug. 2025, with new staircase installed. The shower includes a Bluetooth speaker so that you can listen to your tunes as you clean up. A twin + queen bed combo offers plenty of space in the guest room, while the master features a brand-new, king-sized mattress. Each bedroom has its own Smart TV, with two additional TVs in the living area. The unit comes with a romantic pellet stove, keycode + keyed entry and two parking spaces and is a 5-15 minute walk to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Baseboard heaters can be controlled remotely, perfect for warming up the unit before you return from the slopes. Available as a seasonal rental from Nov. 1 through Apr. 30, with a possible extension through May. Rent is payable in advance on the 1st of every month. $3,799 + utilities + $4,000 security deposit. Three-, four-, or five-month rentals may be negotiated for a higher monthly rate.

NOTE: ON SNOW DAYS, TENANTS MUST MOVE THEIR CAR OUT OF THE SMALL PARKING LOT WHEN THE SNOWPLOW ARRIVES UNTIL IT FINISHES. This may happen multiple times per day, so if you plan to work or ski on the mountain all day you MUST make arrangements to move your car. Otherwise, penalties will be assessed by the HOA, $100 for first instance, $150 for the 2nd, and rising by $50 for each additional violation.

No pets inside or out at any time.
Absolutely no parties allowed on premises. Quiet time in the small, community complex (including our unit) runs from 10PM to 7AM and is strictly enforced.
Lease is for six months, Nov. 1 through April 30, with possible extension to May 31. Shorter terms can be negotiated for a higher monthly rate.
Tenant pays $42 for credit check at time of application. $7,799 ($3,799 first month's rent and $4,000 security deposit) due at time of signing. Payments may be made through PaypPal, Venmo, or wire transfer.
Tenant must maintain premises in a reasonable manner and report any breakages/issues to owner as soon as possible. Absolutely no subleasing/subletting/renting/Airbnb-ing.
Violation of the smoking and/or pet policies will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.
