There's also a washer/dryer, a cozy patio, a rooftop deck with awesome views, and even some outside storage. One assigned parking spot is included too. It's in a great part of West Seattle close to shops, parks, restaurants, and transit. Rent is $3,500/month, and we're flexible on lease length (shorter leases may be a little higher in price). Pet-friendly! We know how important furry family members are, so pets are welcome here (with deposit).
