The open-concept living-dining-kitchen allows the unit to feel much larger than it is. Unit comes unfurnished. A dog lives on-site and uses the backyard daily. Utilities: The charge for utilities is $150 per month. Water, sewage, garbage, gas, electricity, AND INTERNET is included in this amount. There is no parking on-site, but plenty of street parking. Shared washer and dryer is located in the basement, along with designated storage space. Indoor cats are welcome for an additional deposit of $200. Move-in: The apartment is available for leases beginning between September 8 and October 1. The advertised price is for a 12-month lease. A 6-month lease can be negotiated with increased monthly rent. Discount: A landscaping project is planned in the backyard, estimated to begin mid-September, and lasting 2-3 weeks. Work will only occur M-F, 8am-5pm. A 20% discount will be applied to rent during the duration of this project (prorated for the days of active construction).
