This unit is at Mortensen Heights. It is located just off of Highway 30, and there is also the 11 Cherry bus route that comes down here. There is someone currently living there, and they have 2 friendly and adorable cats. This apartment complex is pet friendly and if this is not an issue with you, don't hesitate to contact me!! The video shows my room that I am subleasing, what our kitchen/living room looks like, and the main bathroom. I have also attached a photo of our floor plan, and pictures to show you a clearer shot of the apartment! Utilities: You pay only for electric. Gas, water, garbage, parking and the internet are included in the rent.
