As I will restate, I will pay you to do the needed cleaning in this apt. This is a very nice unit; it has not been cleaned to show. I just don't have the time to do the needed work. The stove, oven, and refrigerator need to be cleaned, and nearly everything in the unit. If you don't have the ability to see beyond the grime, and don't want to clean an apt that you are planning on living in, then you should not call and request to see it. But we are near the end of the month, so I am somewhat desperate. I will pay you to do the needed cleaning. Located near Old Cheney Road off of 31st street. Tierra park is nearby, and can be accessed by bike path just across the parking lot from the building. There is also a water park and the Hy-Vee grocery store are all within one mile from the house. Close to South Point mall area, many restaurants and other shopping. Very conveniently located for easy access onto highway 2 and interstate 80. * This is a two bed, one bath apartment at 5503 South 31st Street in Lincoln, NE. This unit offers carpet except in the kitchen and bath. The spacious living room is the first thing you'll notice when you walk into this well-lit apartment home. The galley kitchen has a single basin sink, full size refrigerator, and oven and stove. Kitchen cabinets were new 4 years ago. The bathroom has a tub and shower combination. * The larger bedroom has closets across part of one wall of the bedroom. The smaller bedroom has a walk-in closet. An outside coat closet is between the two bedrooms. This is at the rear of the unit. There are five steps down, and then 15 steps up when entering the apt. * The neighborhood is a mix of apt buildings and single family homes. * NO PETS AND NO SMOKING. * The pictures are of a similar unit. *- Free HVAC filter changes 3 times a year. The lease is a month to month lease for part of the year, but a five month lease from November 1 until March 31. Owner pays water and garbage; resident pays electricity and gas. Furnace and hot water heater are gas.
