The property boasts an amazing heated pool surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs, a miniature golf course, a BBQ grill, and a game room with a regulation-size pool table and arcade games. A fully equipped kitchen completes the ensemble, allowing you to prepare and enjoy delicious meals at your leisure. This is more than just a vacation; it's an invitation to embrace the best of Seminole's charm and hospitality. Pets are welcome with a pet fee of $125. The pool heating fee is $100 per night, and the pool stays heated at 85 degrees. If you would like the pool heated, please make sure to ask about its availability prior to booking. Just a brief 5-minute drive away lies the pristine Archibald Beach Park, the ultimate spot for sun-seekers and beach enthusiasts. For reliable transportation, Uber and Lyft are available. Guests have access to the entire house, except for the locked owner's closet, via keypad entry. The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age to book. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM, and grounds for termination exist if a noise complaint is received. No parties or events are allowed at this property. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including signing a rental agreement and providing a valid ID and matching credit card before check-in. A non-refundable $55 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay if reported prior to check-out.
