With the capacity to comfortably sleep up to 12 guests, this property ensures that every member of your group finds their own slice of paradise. The thoughtful design of the space is complemented by a range of amenities meticulously chosen to elevate your experience. A fully equipped kitchen completes the ensemble, allowing you to prepare and enjoy delicious meals at your leisure. The property offers a heated pool at $100 per day and pets are welcome with a fee of $125. The BBQ grill is ready for your group's grill master to make it happen. The game room with a regulation-size pool table and arcade games will ensure to keep the competition lively. Family-friendly amenities include a Pack n Play and a high chair. Just a brief 5-minute drive away lies the pristine Archibald Beach Park, the ultimate spot for sun-seekers and beach enthusiasts. When you're not exploring the nearby attractions, the property itself boasts an amazing pool surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs, inviting you to bask in the warm Florida sun. For those seeking a bit of friendly competition, the miniature golf course provides the perfect opportunity to test your putting skills on the mini golf putt putt green. The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age to book this property. Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10 PM and 7 AM, and grounds for termination exist if a noise complaint is received. No parties or events are allowed at this property. The pool heating fee is $100 per night, and the pool stays heated at 85 degrees. If you would like the pool heated, please make sure to ask about its availability prior to booking. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, and a rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. A non-refundable $60 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay if reported before check-out.
