Lake Norman State Park, perfect for hikers, is moments away. An entertainer's dream with all the "wow" feeling, this true gem must be seen to do justice for all its beauty. Step inside and be greeted by stylish and comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and modern amenities. The lower level features a gaming area, media room, and bar for endless entertainment options. Outside, the private dock allows for easy access to the sparkling waters of Lake Norman, and the deck with a wet bar and fire pit area is perfect for outdoor relaxation. Pets are welcome; however, they must be disclosed at the time of booking. An additional non-refundable fee of $300 per pet will be charged. This fee does not cover unexpected damage to the home. Free parking is available for up to 6 vehicles. Boat rental is not included, but we can connect you with a local company that offers excellent service. Make sure to visit The Waterside Grill, a favorite waterside restaurant, minutes away by boat or by car. Zootastic Park and the Carolina Balloonfest are only 20 minutes away. You'll find more coffee shops, grocery stores, and eateries in nearby downtown Troutman. Lake Norman State Park is located just 10 minutes away, offering plenty to explore and experience. No keys to carry. The property has a no-smoking or vaping policy inside the house, with a $500 fine for deep cleaning if violated. Smoking is allowed outside in the backyard only. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Respect the neighbors, as complaints from a neighbor will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund. For the security and safety of all guests, this property has a Ring doorbell camera that monitors the front of the property and an additional exterior Ring camera that monitors the backyard and driveway. Both cameras are visible, record video and audio, and will be on during every reservation. WiFi is available throughout the home, ensuring you stay connected during your stay.
