    This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom bungalow style single-story duplex apartment inside a gated property. Drought tolerant landscaped gardens, front entry porch, and a decomposed granite 'patio' area in front. It has a large kitchen that opens into the living room areas. It has a master bedroom, a second bathroom off the living room area, and three other more compact bedrooms that are fine for single occupant bedrooms (but not palatial). It comes with a double car garage with room to park up to two additional cars in front of the garage. The private washer and dryer are "in-unit" but located in the garage. The house is right between Retro Row and Downtown Long Beach. We (owners) live in the back unit with our three children and there is one small and very old dog on the property. We're willing to consider pets for an additional $50/mo in rent. We manage the property ourselves, so you will get very quick, responsive management anytime issues arise. The apartment is still currently occupied but will be available to rent starting October 10th. One year lease. Owner pays water, sewer, and yard maintenance; tenant pays electric, gas, and trash.
