Kitchen has a farmhouse sink, double oven with a 4-burner range top, microwave, double door fridge with a water filter inside and a bottom drawer freezer, plenty of cabinet space but no dishwasher. Living space is cozy and is overlooked by a loft over the kitchen. Existing TV and internet connections are available to easily connect. From the living room you can view the sleep space, which comfortably fits a full-size mattress and a dresser (maybe 2). There is a large closet with storage space above, a laundry closet with stackable washer dryer, again more storage space above. The bathroom has a single sink vanity, toilet and shower. Wall heater keeps the place nice and warm. Loft has a ladder to get into it. Loft can fit a queen mattress but no box spring. It is more of a cozy space for relaxing, reading and meditation. You cannot stand up in the loft. We installed banisters to promote a safe loft space. Outside space all around the cottage is useable and very serene and private. There is a "back yard" space for setting up an outdoor eating area or garden. To the side and slightly above is a tree area with space for a small table and chair set up for relaxing. Driveway fits 2 cars. Shared space. Out front by the side of the cottage and driveway, there is 10 large, raised beds for vegetable gardening that is shared with the rest of the property. People will be coming and going from the garden from time to time. Enjoy a walk through the fruit tree orchard to pick plums, apples, pears, persimmons and citrus. Walking distance to the Soquel creek, trails for hiking, running or biking. Just a 10-minute drive to the closest beach with a 29 mile stretch of beaches and coastline. Access to world class mountain biking in any direction! Close to local wine and beer tasting tours and an array of delicious restaurants! $2800/ month. $2800 deposit.
