7. Occupancy is limited to 2 persons per bedroom.
8. If everything checks out ok, you will need the 1st month's rent plus 1.5 times the monthly rent rounded to the nearest $50 for a security deposit (* see exceptions) * Additional deposit is required if you:
1. Have no rental references.
2. Have unpaid collections, other than medical.
3. Have a discharged bankruptcy.
4. Have a credit score below 680.
You will be declined if:
1. You have had an eviction.
2. You have an adverse report from a previous landlord.
3. You have an open bankruptcy.
4. You have a credit score below 600.
Criminal Convictions for any potential occupant may be grounds for denial after an appropriate inquiry.
