This is one of the most quiet, safe, private and finished walk-out apartments located just two blocks west of Washington Park - on a quiet tree-lined street. I completely renovated it a few years ago and as the pictures show, it is a one large bedroom with connecting huge finished out and shelved walk-in closet, a beautiful tiled bathroom with two shower heads - Ikea counter and shelves; Ikea kitchen with all appliances and kitchen nook and work station just outside of the master bedroom. The laundry room, which has W/D, counter top and hanging rail, is just across from your entrance in the back. It is shared by your co-tenants at 561 and 565. All my tenants are working professionals. I have owned this property for 22 years and it is a premium property for professional couples. Looking for long term tenants willing to consider signing up for two year term but not required. Not interested in pets other than cats as dogs makes it difficult for me to keep the yard in good condition. The unit is cool in summer and warm in winter sharing in boiler radiant heating system located adjacent to your unit.
