Credit reports reflecting slow pay on three accounts will require an additional deposit amount equal to one month's rent. 4. No more than 3 late payments on credit history in past 2 years. PUBLIC RECORDS 1. Criminal history (if applicable) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
