The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs, and you can enjoy entertainment with a Smart TV and free Wi-Fi. Relax on the back patio or take a dip in the calming swimming poolyour sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle! The pool is open year-round and is not heated. Guests can enter the house through a digital keypad. Once you step inside, you will be greeted by a spacious and well-lit living room. Off the living room is a dining area, kitchen, and laundry area. The kitchen has an access door going to the backyard and the carport. Walkthrough on the left of the kitchen, you will see the master bedroom with a full bathroom and a huge walk-in closet. The master bedroom also has an access door going to the backyard. Three other bedrooms and a bathroom can be seen when you walk in the hallway from the main entrance found on the left side. There is an outdoor pool, a covered patio with a table and chairs, and a BBQ grill for your use. A half bathroom can be found near the pool area. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. This house is located in a residential area near major highways, shopping centers, and leisure parks. Only a few minutes away from Northside Medical Center, Columbus Botanical Garden, Heath Park, dining options, and more. Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated and neighbors are disturbed, the reservation will be canceled, and guests will be required to leave the property immediately without any refunds. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted only with prior approval. Guests must abide by all rules posted on premises regarding the safe use of any amenities. By booking this property, guests waive any and all claims of liability against the homeowner or any property management entity affiliated with the homeowner relating to the use of these amenities whether due to loss, damage, injury, or death.
