Situated in a quiet residential area in the southeastern part of Montgomery, this house offers easy access to major highways and interstates, making it convenient to reach grocery stores, shops, parks, and restaurants. It is also just a few minutes away from Baptist Medical Center South. The house features contact-free check-in via a digital door code, ensuring maximum privacy. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM to be courteous to neighbors. If quiet hours are violated, the reservation may be canceled without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and any events require prior approval. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during their stay. Trash must be bagged and placed in the provided bins, with a $100 charge for excessive trash removal.
