    Feel at home in this lovely 3-bedroom/2-bathroom house off of Vaughn Road! This house has easy access to the best of Montgomery and can accommodate up to 12 guests. Guests will enter the house through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, expect to enjoy a cozy atmosphere in the open-concept living space. There is a beautiful farm table, a fully stocked kitchen, and a comfortable living room with a Smart TV and a sofa bed. Off the living room, you will see a little hallway on the right leading to a laundry area, a full bathroom, and the first two bedrooms, both of which have a sliding door going to the side deck. The main bedroom has a private bathroom and access to the backyard. Outside, there is a fully fenced yard, outdoor furniture, and a BBQ grill. Pets are welcome with a fee. This house is located in a quiet residential area of the Southern Eastern area in Montgomery! With easy access on major highways and interstates, you can conveniently go to grocery stores, shops, parks, and restaurants. It is also just a few minutes from Baptist Medical Center South! Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets are permitted at this home and you will be charged a non-refundable fee. You will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Pack-N-Play and vacuum are available upon request.
