the space itself definately has potential. however, it is in desperate need of some refinishings. most all appliances within the property are outdated. and there are urine stains on the carpet and cigarette butts on the patio. plus there is a door inside the downstairs bedroom that just leads outside. it doesn't lead into the backyard or the patio area, just outside. so imagine you are sleeping at night, and someone knocks on that door. not ideal. and its too bad. this was the area in town my wife and I were really hoping to raise our family, but this place is in such poor condition, that its a hard pass for us. plus there's a weird 1970's wooden theme throughout it that just looks cheap.
