The home has beautiful large windows that allow natural light to flow through the home. The kitchen has plenty of pantry storage in the various cabinets. There is a gas fireplace for those cold Colorado nights. The gas stove and large refrigerator were purchased brand new. The AC/heating unit is serviced yearly. The neighborhood is very friendly and safe and the community will often hold holiday gatherings. There are many neighbors who are very active in the district council and are very knowledgeable. The home is in a quiet but centralized location. It is only a 10 minute drive to Ball Arena and a 15 minute drive to Coors Field. The 'W' RTD line and Lakewood Dry Gulch allow for walking, biking, or riding directly downtown. Sloan's Lake is a 5 minute drive. The location allows for easy access to the mountains as it avoids much of the Denver traffic. There is no HOA in this community, it is a special metro district tax. The city maintains the roads, grounds, pet waste, snow removal. Tenants will be responsible for following the District's Covenant Enforcement Policies and Procedures and the District's Collection Policies and Procedures which will be provided. Owner will be responsible for trash/recycling and water. Tenant will be responsible for all else. Fiber optic internet is available in the area.
