Fans in every room for added comfort. Two complimentary off-street parking spots for convenience. MASTER BEDROOM Queen-sized bed for a comfortable stay. Clean linens provided SECOND BEDROOM Twin over double bunk bed for flexible sleeping arrangements. Clean linens provided LIVING ROOM Smart TV with ability to login to personal streaming platforms Standard couch (not a sleeper sofa) for relaxation. BATHROOM Full bathroom with bathtub Clean bath towels provided for all guests. DINING & KITCHEN AREA Fully-equipped open-concept kitchen Appliances include microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, toaster, and Keurig coffee machine Full fridge/freezer for storing food and beverages Dining table and chairs for 5 guests *Available for 30 day or more rental November 1st 2025 - April 30th 2026 * The owner pays all utilities. * Booking includes and is protected by our damage protection program (fee is $50/stay) * Cleaning is required monthly, and inspections happen randomly at our discretion with 24 hours' notice. * No smoking, vaping or illegal drugs in or on property. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house or on the deck or within the building. * We collect the first and last month's rent once the reservation is confirmed for 60 days or more. * We ask all guests, upon confirmation of their reservation, to complete the Guest Information form and acknowledge the Short Rental Agreement. These requirements are important for the smooth operation of our property and to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
