This Jungle-themed home is ideal for those looking to escape the daily hustle. Spend time in the comfy living room and dining area, catching up on your favorite Netflix shows or playing board games. Cook a delightful meal in the fully stocked kitchen, and unwind in the spacious bedroom equipped with a queen-sized bed and comfortable memory foam mattress. The bathroom provides shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hairdryer, and extra towels for a perfect stay. The property offers a dedicated parking spot and a Pack N' Play for children. The home is on a large lot with three additional homes, and the washer/dryer is located outside on the back porch of the main house, shared with other units. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am, and there is a no-smoking policy inside the home, with a $500 fee for air remediation if violated. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will incur a $100 fee. Parking is designated via the alley, and blocking the alleyway may result in towing by the city.
