The home features a first floor with a king bedroom and a newly added full bathroom with a tub, shower, washer, and dryer. The spacious living room includes a large TV and a pellet stove for winter evenings, while the charming sunroom offers a foosball table, wood stove, and breathtaking views of Mount Washington. The second floor houses a king bedroom, a queen bedroom with two twin beds in fun cubbies, and another queen bedroom with two twin beds in cubbies, along with a full bathroom. The backyard firepit is perfect for s'mores under the stars. The home boasts a fully stocked kitchen perfect for home-cooked meals, or you can visit Monroe's Family Restaurant, just a short walk away. Linens, towels, and basic amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, and shampoos are always provided, ensuring a comfortable stay. Pool and gym passes are available, subject to availability and resort policies. Pets are welcome with a fee of $300 for unauthorized pets and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Located in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire's largest ski resort, this home is a 4-season destination with activities for all ages. Just minutes from the historical Mount Washington Hotel, you can enjoy its award-winning spa, restaurants, and a myriad of activities like zip lining, rock climbing, river tubing, mountain biking, golfing, and more. In the winter, enjoy downhill and cross-country skiing, ice skating, snow tubing, snowshoeing tours, dog sledding, and horse-drawn sleigh rides. The home is also a perfect base to explore attractions like the Cog Rail, Santa's Village, StoryLand, and the Flume Gorge. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts are subject to a $100 per hour fee. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and a $100 fee may be imposed for violations. No smoking inside the unit, with a $250 fee for violation. The garage is not available for guest use and may be accessed by staff as needed. Some homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes. We are in Bear Country, so no trash or food is to be left outside at any time, with a $100 fee for violations. A laptop computer is not included.
