Free parking is available for a maximum of 1 car, and 1 extra pass can be purchased on-site depending on availability. Grand Beach Resort 105 offers the perfect balance of comfort and relaxation, making it an ideal getaway in the heart of Gulf Shores. Local attractions include Gulf Shores Public Beach, Gulf State Park, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Waterville USA, and The Wharf. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside, but surveillance cameras are not inside the apartment. Beach towels are not provided. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony; any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the apartment and/or linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA; only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. The trusted partner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. A traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the partner's approval before booking.
